Explore the picturesque wetlands, learn about the environment and birdlife, and be part of regenerating the landscape by planting trees for future generations. Australia’s famous landscape architect, Costa Georgiadis, who has an all-consuming passion for plants and people, will present on a few environmental topics.
Savour local flavours! Try the tasty St Lawrence mud crab or the locally brewed ciders. Join celebrity chef Matt Golinski and renowned pastry chef Glenn Barratt for an exclusive signature local produce luncheon. And that is not all — indulge in an exquisite fine dining experience with Nik Flack and the Flackyard team and the petite baked goods at the Wetlands High Tea Garden Party.
A must-do is the Sunset Cultural Experience. As the sun sets, cultural groups perform songs and dances that highlight the vivid pink and orange sky over the wetlands.
